Returns and Refunds

 At SyleeWorld, we want you to love your purchase from us. Since each piece is carefully crafted, we currently do not offer refunds on orders. However, we do provide store credit or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Store Credit/Exchange

• If the product received is not true to the size ordered.
• If there is a quality or fulfillment issue from our end (i.e. wrong item sent, defect)’
• You may request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

👉 Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
